Cursul conține 60 de lecții structurate în 10 unități tematice esențiale: Me and my sales team, On the phone, Plans and targets, Experience and competition, Rules and habits of success, Objections, complaints and rejection, Career in sales, How sales works, Talking to clients and managers, și Success and the big picture.
