A career in English, not just about English
Many teachers know English from textbooks. I know it from work — and that is what I bring to every lesson.
Selling in English
About four years selling flights by phone to clients in the USA — economy at first, then business class for demanding customers. Objections, small talk, negotiation and closing: the English that earns money, under pressure, in real time.
Marketing and digital
Marketing manager for online travel businesses: Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, newsletters, website and CRM projects with developers. The vocabulary of IT and digital marketing is my everyday language.
International teams
As a CEO’s assistant I hired, trained and managed sales teams from India, Africa and Asia. English with every accent, between people for whom it is a second language — exactly what you will meet at an international company.

English as it is
Textbook English is polite, tidy and slightly lifeless. Real English is none of those things. In my lessons you get the whole language:
From the boardroom…
Negotiations, presentations, emails and calls — the phrases that close a deal, or politely turn one down.
…to the lab…
The jargon of your field — IT, science, medicine, logistics — the way specialists actually use it, not the way a dictionary defines it.
…to the street
Slang, idioms, sarcasm and, yes, swearing. Better to know exactly what a word means — and when not to use it — before someone uses it on you.
No forbidden topics
Work, money, politics, relationships, your boss: if it is on your mind, we can talk about it in English. Adults learn fastest when they talk about things they care about.
No unnecessary mannerisms
No “repeat after me”, no pretend dialogues about the weather, no ceremony. You speak, you make mistakes, I correct them — and you get better.
English as it is — not as a textbook wishes it were.
What a lesson with me looks like
50 minutes, one to one, in our online classroom: the video call, the exercises and the notes on one screen. Mostly speaking: we start from your real tasks — a meeting next week, an interview, a client who writes to you in English — and build the vocabulary and grammar around them.
The first lesson is free: we get to know each other, I check your level and we agree on a plan. After that a lesson costs 250 lei.

Who will be my teacher?
Me. For now I teach every lesson with a teacher at englishschool.pro myself.
How much does it cost?
The first lesson is free. After that, 250 lei for 50 minutes.
When can lessons take place?
Whenever suits you — mornings, evenings, weekends, even at midnight if you really need it. We fit the time to your week, and it can always change.
How and when do I pay?
Preferably at least one lesson in advance. But life is life: if you need some flexibility, just tell us and we will work it out.
Are there discounts for packages of lessons?
Yes. Pay for 16 lessons or more in advance and you get 5% off; for 32 lessons or more, 10% off. That is 3,800 lei instead of 4,000 for 16 lessons, and 7,200 lei instead of 8,000 for 32.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. Let us know at least 2 hours before the lesson and we move it to another time — your paid lessons stay on your balance.
In which language are the lessons explained?
In English, 99% of the time — as simply as you need. We switch to Russian only when it is really necessary.
Who are the lessons for? Do you teach children?
Adults — and high-school students who are already serious about their future career and preparing for it. We do not teach young children.
