Questions
What is a "level"?
One level of one course, for example English for IT, Pre-Intermediate, or English for Designers, Advanced. Each level has 60 lessons. Buying it opens all of them.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay 210 lei once and the level stays open in your account. Nothing renews.
How do I pay?
For now by a bank transfer of 210 MDL, most easily with the QR code from a Moldovan bank app: log in, click "Unlock the full level" on a course, scan the code and add the reference we show you to the payment comment. We open the level as soon as we see the payment, usually within a few hours, and email you.
Can I get my money back?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Do I need an account?
For lessons 1–10, no. Lessons 11–20 need a free account. To buy a full level you need an account too: the lessons open in it.
