You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a level. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to support@englishschool.pro from the email address of your account. We send the money back by bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 3 working days.
What happens to the lessons
When the refund is made, the lessons of that level that need the purchase (21 and above) are locked again. Your free account and lessons 1–20 stay open.
Lessons with a teacher
Refunds for one-to-one lessons with a teacher are agreed directly with us when you book them.
