What the site offers
Online English lessons for adults, grouped in courses (for example English for IT) and levels (for example Pre-Intermediate). Lessons 1–10 of every level are free to everyone. Lessons 11–20 are free with an account. The other lessons of a level are part of the "full level", which you can buy.
One-to-one lessons with a teacher are arranged separately with us (see "Lessons with a teacher" below).
Your account
To create an account you give your name and email address and choose a password. You confirm the email address with a code we send to it. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
An account is for one person. You may delete it at any time by writing to us.
Buying a full level
A full level costs 210 lei (MDL; about $11.95), paid once. It opens every lesson of that one level of that one course (for example English for IT, Pre-Intermediate) in your account, for as long as the site operates. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and you are never charged again.
For now it is paid by a bank transfer in MDL to the account of the operator, Artiom Donoga — most easily with the QR code shown when you click "Unlock the full level", from a Moldovan bank app — with the reference code we give you in the payment comment. We open the level as soon as we see the payment, usually within a few hours, and email you.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying a level, with no questions asked. See the refund policy for how.
Using the lessons
The lessons (texts, recordings, pictures and exercises) are for your own learning. Please do not copy, sell or share them, or the access to them, with others. We may close an account that does.
We work to keep the site available and the lessons correct, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available or free of mistakes. Lessons may be improved or replaced over time; a level you bought keeps at least the number of lessons it had when you bought it.
Lessons with a teacher
One-to-one lessons with a teacher cost 250 lei for 50 minutes; the first, trial lesson is free. Their time and payment are agreed with us directly, after the trial lesson. They are not sold through the site's checkout.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes and law
We may change these terms; the date of the latest version is at the top of this page. A change never takes away a level you have already bought.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, without taking away the consumer protection of the country where you live.
