• Use unreal past structures to propose what leadership should have done earlier.
• Present the business case and expected return on investment.
• Address concerns about ad hoc component creation.
Internal Memo on Design System ROI
Write an internal email (60-100 words) to the engineering director in Chicago arguing that it is high time the company invested in a formal design system to eliminate inconsistent UI and duplicated effort.
• Use at least one unreal past structure (e.g. 'It's high time we...').
• Include at least two vocabulary terms from Part A or B.
• Keep a professional, persuasive tone suitable for upper management.
