Work with a partner. Role-play a conversation between two sales reps in Boston. Describe your daily routines, how you contact clients, and what you sell.
• Say what company you work for in Boston or Chicago.
• Explain how many clients you call or visit every day.
• Mention if you work in inside sales or field sales.
• Talk about your favorite part of the sales day.
Writing a Daily Routine Message
Write a short email (40-60 words) to a colleague in New York about your daily sales routine. Mention what you sell and how you contact prospects.
• Use the present simple for your daily tasks (e.g., I call, I send quotes).
• Check word order in your questions if you ask anything.
