• Explain why our division in London is poised to enter the adjacent segment.
• Discuss how the upcoming platform play in Chicago is slated to generate long-term option value.
• Address what worries the board regarding second-order effects in our international expansion.
Executive Memo on Long-Range Revenue Bets
Write a memo (60–100 words) from a sales director in Boston to the CRO in Seattle, defending a new growth bet and outlining how your team plans to mitigate risks.
• Use at least two formal future structures (e.g., be poised to, be slated to).
• Include at least one noun clause as a subject or object (e.g., What concerns me is whether…).
• Incorporate at least two vocabulary items from Part A or Part B (e.g., asymmetric bet, downside protection).
