Subject questions ask about who or what performed an action without using auxiliary verbs like 'do' or 'did'. Indirect questions make your calls more professional and polite when speaking with new clients.

- Subject questions ask about the subject of the action and do not use auxiliary verbs like do, does, or did.
- Object questions ask about the object and require auxiliary verbs (do, does, did) before the subject.
- Indirect questions begin with polite phrases such as 'Could you tell me...' or 'Do you know...'.
- In indirect questions, use normal statement word order (Subject + Verb) and do not invert the verb.
