• Laura: Hi Steve! Oh, I just have to talk about my manager, Arthur Pendelton. He's ____ ! Last month, our logistics software crashed right before a major shipment to Seattle, and everyone was terrified. But Arthur stayed totally calm.
• Laura: He's so proactive and resourceful that he found an old backup system in minutes. We were all ____ by his leadership. Honestly, I'm thrilled to work with him every single day.
• Patrick: Well, Steve, you won't believe this, but I work with Arthur Pendelton too! And let me tell you, I'm completely ____ by his endless morning pep talks. He arrives at seven every day and talks nonstop.
• Patrick: He's utterly useless when you actually need quiet time to finish your finance reports. I'm just furious because he spends hours talking about his morning jogs instead of letting us work. He's totally ____ !
