Present Perfect Simple and Continuous

• We use the present perfect simple to talk about completed actions with a result now. We use the present perfect continuous for actions that started in the past and are still continuing.

• Remember
• Use the present perfect simple when focusing on the final result of an action.

• Remember that state verbs (like know, seem, belong) do not use the continuous form.
• Use 'for' with a period of time and 'since' with a starting point.
