Present Simple with Adverbs of Frequency and Time Expressions

• We use the Present Simple tense to talk about habits and routines in our design work. Adverbs of frequency tell us how often we do something, and time expressions tell us when.

• Place adverbs of frequency (usually, often, sometimes, rarely) before the main verb.
• Place time expressions (every morning, twice a day) at the end of the sentence.
• Use the base form of the verb with I, you, we, they, and add -s for he, she, it.
