The studio valuation reflects both their impressive headline achievements over the past decade and their robust portfolio of initiatives in sustainable tech. Under the terms of the agreement, the transaction is slated to close by the end of the current fiscal quarter.

Leadership continuity remains a paramount priority for both organizations. James Vance, the current managing director of Apex, will oversee the transition alongside Sarah Jenkins, the founding partner of Slate & Pixel.

Integration planning is already underway, with a comprehensive integration roadmap designed to harmonize operational workflows without stifling creative output. The strategic buyer has committed substantial resources to ensure a seamless cultural integration.
