• Explain how your new maturity roadmap will bridge the capability gap within two years.
Email to the Board: Addressing Our Capability Gap
Write an executive email (60–100 words) to the board of directors in London or Boston explaining why the recent design diagnostic results show your team is nowhere near as mature as required, and outline your proposed maturity roadmap.
