The Ocean View Hotel Review

Olivia: I booked a room at the Ocean View Hotel in Cornwall for my summer vacation, and it was a terrible disaster. The hotel room was tiny, and the bed made a loud noise every time I moved in. It rained all week, and the window leaked water on my suitcase.

Sean: Our tour guide recommended this place, but the food was cold, and the staff didn't care. My next door neighbor told me it was nice, but he lied. I wanted to visit friends in London instead of staying in this awful place.

Lauren: Dear Olivia, thank you for your feedback! We are so sorry about the rain, but sadly we don't control the clouds. Your noisy bed is now fixed, and our chef learned how to cook hot soup. Please come back next year, and we'll give you free tea and a nice souvenir!

Olivia: Well, the reply is very funny! I laughed a lot with my cousin yesterday. Okay, Sean, let's look at the computer. I'm going to book the same room again for my birthday!
