Talk with your partner about a TV series or film you recently watched. Describe the plot, the main characters, and say why you liked or disliked it.
• What is the title of the series and where is it set?
• Who are the main characters and who is the villain?
• Did you find the twist ending surprising or disappointing?
• Would you recommend this streaming service to a friend in Boston?
A Review of a New Film
Write a short review (60-100 words) of a film or series you watched recently. Mention the cast, the plot, and give your personal opinion using -ed/-ing adjectives.
• Use at least two -ed and two -ing adjectives.
• Avoid giving away any major spoilers.
• Check your use of the present perfect or past simple.
