How to Improve My Profile

Kyle: Hi guys! I want to update my professional profile today. I need to improve my visibility. Do you have any tips?
Abigail: Hey Kyle! You are a great developer. You must show the web applications that you build. Add a link to your portfolio. A product owner or project manager always looks at real, working software, not just a simple list of skills.
Scott: I agree with Abigail, but don't forget certificates! I am taking a new cloud security course right now. That certificate is a great tool that attracts recruiters who look for hard skills.
Kyle: That is true. But what about my summary? Is it too long?
Abigail: Keep it short and clean! Write about your strengths and the specific tools you are good at. Employers want a reliable team player who is self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Scott: And ask for a recommendation from our current project manager. A good recommendation is very powerful when you want to find a new opportunity.
Kyle: Great ideas! I am updating my page right now. Thank you both for your help!
