• Where did you examine your first patient in the USA?
• How did you feel when you met them? Were you nervous?
• Did you make any mistakes, and what did you learn?
Writing a Reflection Message
Write a short message (50–90 words) to a colleague in Seattle about your memories of your first patient, how you felt, and what you learned.
• Use the past simple for finished actions (e.g., arrived, felt, learned).
• Include new vocabulary like 'nervous', 'reassure', and 'grateful'.
• Check your spelling and punctuation before sending.
