Dear Jason,

Welcome to Nova Softwares! We are very happy to have you as our new sales assistant in our Manchester branch. Your first day starts on Monday at nine o'clock in the morning on the fifth floor. Please come to the head office reception desk, and ask for Hannah. She is your manager, and she has your new name tag and business card ready for you.

Don't worry about lunch on your first day. The company provides a free lunch for every new hire at the cafeteria on the second floor. You can meet other members of our friendly staff there, and you can ask questions about your daily tasks. We work hard, but we also like a good cup of coffee and a short break.

Before you arrive on Monday, please bring your identification card and a copy of your diploma. You can find our main building on Baker Street, right next to the central station. If you have any questions, you can call Allison at our main office number.
